Hi! I’m Denise Johnson, PT, CLT, and I am so excited to serve our community through a physical therapy practice in Westfield! We converted a small house into a quaint, quiet space that feels perfect for making our patients feel "at home". My love for treating the breast cancer patient started 33 years ago when I had a lump in my breast while pregnant. While my lump was not cancerous, it changed my entire career as a physical therapist. I started working with breast cancer patients right after that and have continued specializing in this work. I thank God for my journey, and for this new practice, Achieve Therapy Services!

I have worked in many organizations over the years in various capacities including owning a women’s health physical rehab practice where I have gained invaluable knowledge and insight into what it looks like to provide outstanding personal care. These experiences are what led me to start this new practice.

It is important to me that I give you the care you deserve. In this intimate setting, I will take the time and listen to you to understand your specific concerns and goals. We will work as a team to develop a treatment plan addressing your individual needs. I also care about your time; you shouldn’t have to wait weeks to be treated! It is my desire to provide care in a timely and flexible manner respecting your very busy schedule.

While I specialize in physical rehab for breast cancer patients, I also treat a full range of diagnoses including soft tissue restrictions, pre- and post-natal care, pelvic health, and joint pain.
